The one-day Introduction to ArcGIS 9.1/9.2 was developed by the National Park Service. Course materials
are designed around a project scenario that cumulatively guides the student through a project. Topics covered
in the course include: data discovery, incorporating data received from other organizations, basic data
editing and analyses, and finally presenting the GIS findings as a map output. Lecture materials, data, and
exercises are provided so the course can be presented either in a traditional lecture/laboratory format or as
a self-paced exercise. |
