Western Great Lakes Research Conference |

Each spring, the Great Lakes Inventory & Monitoring Network co-sponsors the Western Great Lakes Research Conference, along with multiple universities and agencies. The purpose of the conference is to share information on research and management issues that affects not only the National Parks in the region, but the ecosystems of the region as a whole. The conference location rotates annually between Marquette, MI, Ashland, WI, and St. Paul, MN. Proceedings from prior conferences are available electronically: The 2009 Western Great Lakes Research Conference will be held in Ashland, Wisconsin on 1-2 April 2009.
