The Alaska Region Inventory and Monitoring Program (AKR I&M) provides regional support and oversight to the four I&M Networks located in Alaska : Arctic Network (ARCN), Central
Alaska Network (CAKN), Southeast Alaska Network (SEAN),
and Southwest Alaska Network (SWAN).

The AKR networks, parks, and their partners are dedicated to understanding and preserving the region's unique resources through science and education. This web site delivers information about these resources, the Network's Inventory & Monitoring Program, and the scientific activities underway through the Research Learning Center.
