Fixed problem with exporting Grid metadata with ExportMP (wouldn't find the *.xml file).

Fixed metadata element order in ExportMP button. Now rearranges metadata into FGDC order in a temporary file before exporting.

12/13/02

Fixed invalid ASCII characters and beginning XML tag in ExportMetadata button. Should produce valid HTML files for ISite server.
