National Capital Region Network Board of Directors

The National Capital Region Network is overseen by a Board of Directors made up of the Superintendents from each of the eleven Network parks, the regional I&M Coordinator and the NCRN Network Coordinator. The primary goals of the BOD are to:

• Promote accountability and effectiveness for the I&M Program
• Consult with and solicit professional guidance from the Network's I&M Science Advisory Committee (SAC), the Natural Resource Advisory Team (NAT)
• Decide on strategies and procedures to best accomplish the I&M goals.
• Consult on the hiring of personnel
• Seek additional funding to leverage the funds provided through the I&M Program.
