  • Network can contribute to landscape-level monitoring in the Black Hills through collaboration with an ongoing USFS monitoring program and the Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory (RMBO).
  • Density and composition can be monitored cost-effectively through collaboration with RMBO.
  • Knife River I. V. NHS supports high richness, but has forest health concerns; birds are Agate Fossil Beds NM are being monitored by LTEM.
