Bug fixes from V2.0
- Compatible with ArcMap 9.2 and 9.3
- Installer recognizes/works for Win2003 Server
- Empty Geometry errors handled - now skips empty features
- Coordinate tool error if coordinate fields are empty and format type is changed - fixed
- Add XY enable error occasionally on broken source layers - ignores broken source
